Along with the addition made by the Council, a dog cannot be awarded with a certificate (CAC) if it already has the results that entitle for the Finnish Show Champion title. Furthermore, the CAC cannot be awarded for a dog that only needs to meet the additional requirements set for the Show Champion title, or to a dog that has already been awarded with two CACs but is less than 2 years of age. In these cases, the CAC transfers to the next dog awarded with Certificate Quality (CQ).
The Council approved the following additions to the Champion Title Regulations:
At least three Junior CACs from Finland under three different judges.
The Finnish Junior Show Champion title is not subject to trial result requirements.
Possible Junior Show Champion titles from other countries do not count towards the Finnish Junior Show Champion title.
At least three Veteran CACs from Finland under three different judges.
The Finnish Veteran Show Champion title is not subject to trial result requirements.
Possible Veteran Show Champion titles from other countries do not count towards the Finnish Veteran Show Champion title.
Junior CAC is awarded to the best Junior Class dog entitled and awarded with CQ in competition class. A dog that already has obtained the show results required for the Finnish Junior Show Champion title cannot be awarded with Junior CAC. No reserve Junior CACs are awarded in Junior Class.
Veteran CAC is awarded to the best Veteran Class dog entitled and awarded with CQ in competition class. A dog that already has obtained the show results required for the Finnish Veteran Show Champion title cannot be awarded with Veteran CAC. No reserve Veteran CACs are awarded in Veteran Class.
