The Finnish Kennel Club will organise two international dog shows at Messukeskus, Expo and Convention Centre Helsinki, next December. The Helsinki Winner 2014 and the Winner 2014 events form the climax of the dog show year and are not to be missed by anyone with an interest in the canine world. Registration for the two dog shows is progressing at full steam.
The Helsinki Winner 2014 dog show takes place on 6 December, and the Winner 2014 event on Sunday 7 December.
The first sign-up phase for these shows closes on Tuesday 30 September. Registration costs €55 per dog up to this deadline. Registration closes completely on 4 November.
These two shows are part of the Koira2014 totality, which is Finland's biggest canine event. In addition to the shows, Messukeskus will also host presentations of dog hobbies, lectures and an extensive canine supply fair during the weekend.
Visitors have the chance to see dogs representing some 300 different breeds over the weekend.
Help for selecting a suitable breed and information about canine issues is available at, for example, the various breed club trade stands and the Finnish Kennel Club's HauLife stand.
Koira2014 is the year's top event for everyone, from people only thinking about getting a dog to more seasoned canine enthusiasts.
